About Utiliobox
A toolbox that does its work inside your browser. No uploads, no accounts, and nothing left to delete afterwards.
What Utiliobox is
Utiliobox is a collection of twenty-four small web tools, each one dedicated to a single job: compress an image, merge two PDFs, format a SQL query, check the contrast between two colours, build a schedule. They come in English and Spanish, they are free, and they do not ask you to sign up.
It is not a suite and it is not a platform. It is a toolbox: you come in, you solve the thing you came to solve, and you leave.
The principle everything else follows from
The tools do their work inside your browser. When you drop a file into one of them, that file is not uploaded anywhere: the engine that does the conversion, the crop or the calculation is downloaded to your machine and runs there, on your own device.
That is not a technical footnote. It is what changes everything else:
- There are no files to store, so there is no deletion window and no retention policy. There is nothing to delete.
- We cannot see what you process. Not out of curiosity, not by mistake, and not because somebody asks us to: technically it never reaches us.
- Once the page has loaded you can disconnect from the internet and the tool keeps working.
- There is no queue, no conversions-per-hour cap, and no server that falls over on a Tuesday afternoon.
How to check it, rather than take our word for it
A privacy promise you cannot verify is not worth much, so here are two ways to test this one in thirty seconds:
- Disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded, then use the tool on a real file. If it worked by uploading, it could not work offline.
- Open your browser's network panel (F12) before you drop the file. You will see that processing it sends no request carrying your file.
Why it exists
Because the usual route for these jobs is worse than it looks. To shave a few pixels off an image or turn a PDF into something else, the normal path is to upload the file to a stranger's server, accept terms nobody reads, and trust that it gets deleted when they say it does. And to build a ten-task schedule, the normal path is to create an account, confirm an email, and land in a workspace full of invitations and notifications.
Almost none of that is necessary. Browsers have been able to do this work on their own for years, and most of what is gained by uploading the file is gained by whoever receives it. Utiliobox is the version of these tools that asks for none of it.
What you will not find here
- Accounts. No sign-up, no log-in, no “continue with your email”.
- Watermarks or crippled output to push you towards a paid tier that does not exist.
- Data selling. Not yours, not anybody's.
- Artificial limits placed there so you pay to remove them.
How it pays for itself
With advertising, and it is worth saying so plainly. Any ads that appear sit in fixed slots outside the tool, and they only load if you accept advertising cookies in the notice shown on arrival; if you decline, the site works exactly the same. What they fund is what this costs to keep running: the domain and the hosting. The detail is in the third-party ads notice.
The tools also rely on third-party open-source libraries, included in the site with their licences and attribution notices intact.
Who operates it
Utiliobox is a project of Marluna Studio LLC, a company incorporated in the United States, which operates the utiliobox.com domain and is responsible for its content. The site launched in 2026.
